General Availability (GA) — Subscription Update v2
Major Upgrade
Subscription Update v2, previously announced in Release 673, is now Generally Available (GA) — fully supported, production-ready, and the recommended path forward for all subscription update workflows.
New features in this release
The following capabilities are newly released as part of the GA announcement:

* Multi-subscription self-serve updates require the new Subscription Management Experience to be enabled.

⚠️ Deprecation notice: Subscription Update v1 will be deprecated by the end of 2026. All partners and channels should plan their migration to v2 accordingly.
Changes in the UI
The self-serve subscription update flow has been updated with the following improvements:
- Enhanced quantity entry experience with improved input validation
- Support for custom attributes within the update flow
- Multi-subscription update capabilities in a single session
- Correct display of Adobe multi-tier products in the update flow

This feature is not enabled by default. Contact your AppDirect technical representative to request it.
Setting enablement
